Sent Me Back Home

The sound of a key inserting into the keyhole has suddenly brought me back home.
That moment, for that very tiny little short moment of sound, I was locked back into the time when I waited for my dad to come home.
That was the moment of relief and happiness.
The key turned, I was back to present.
